The 'Tedder Talks' Series

The ‘Tedder Talks’ are recorded 20-minute interviews with leading figures in business, academia and the military. The discussions for each series of talks are focused on a particular current and relevant topic of leadership.

The Tedder Talks Series One

The Series One interviews, conducted in partnership with Tedder Academy of Leadership, looked at one of the main themes of the 2018 Chief of the Air Staff Leadership conference: how we adapt to a changing workforce, and work environment and the implications this creates for our leadership.

The Tedder Talks Series Two

This second series of the Tedder Talks, 20 interviews conducted virtually over the summer of 2020, shares insights from a diverse range of organisation leaders on the theme of leading organisational culture change. The participants hail from industry, public sector, charities, and the RAF, and were invited to participate based on their reputation and successful track records in leading change.

The Tedder Talks Series Three

Following on from the success of series one and two, this third series of the Tedder Talks includes eleven interviews conducted virtually over the Spring of 2021, sharing insights from a diverse range of organisational experts on their experience of leadership, decision making, and what influences this.
